A ‘CUISINAL’ TOUR AROUND SOUTHEAST ASIA
Individual tutorials offer as much ‘hands-on' activity as students want and will introduce them to the special techniques involved in cooking Asian cuisine.....
Classes will present three dishes, including the preparation of the different spices required in the dishes along with a discussion about their dietary and medicinal benefits. Participants will have the opportunity to prepare, cook and taste the dishes as they progress.
Tutorials last between 2½ to 3 hours and take place in my kitchen
Classes can be arranged at any time to suit those with busy schedules
Attendees will receive:
detailed step-by-step recipes and handouts of the dishes being taught
you get to eat what you cook or take it home with you
Private tuition for one or two persons.
