Individual tutorials offer as much ‘hands-on' activity as students want and will introduce them to the special techniques involved in cooking Asian cuisine.....

  

Classes will present three dishes, including the preparation and roasting of the different spices required in the dishes along with a discussion about their dietary and medicinal benefits.  Participants will have the opportunity to prepare, cook and taste the dishes as they progress.

  

Tutorials last between 2½ to 3 hours and take place in my kitchen

 

Classes can be arranged at any time to suit those with busy schedules

 

Attendees will receive:

 

  • welcome refreshments

  • detailed step-by-step recipes and handouts of the dishes being taught

  • sachets to take away containing the various herbs and spices being used in at least one of the dishes being presented

  • you get to eat what you cook or take it home with you

 

Private tuition for one or two persons

 

Hong Kong -  $1,500  - Thailand - bath 3000, Pakistan - rupees- 10,000, UK - USA - $150.

 

Separate charges apply for additional participants or group classes.
